Hello, Tiny Human.

Postpartum Aid

What is a postpartum doula?

Postpartum doulas provide helpful information and support on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother–baby bonding, infant soothing, basic newborn care, and more. I help individuals and families in those first days, weeks, or months after bringing home a new baby. Research shows that parents have a much easier time with this transition if a good support team is in place.

I would like to help you through your postpartum period and assist in nurturing your family. My job is not solely on caring for the baby, but it’s also to help foster independence for the entire family by placing a priority on teaching (baby care, chest/breastfeeding support), and assistance around the home. I work alongside not only the birth parent but also the partner and any older siblings. Being able to cater to the family as a unit is what enables me to do my job effortlessly.

A-La-Carte Support

  • 4- Hour Care

If you desire a bit of time to yourself or simply would like a little help in your early fourth trimester period (the first 3 months post birth) - this allows for support, help with feedings, tidying up, and more.

  • 6-Hour Care

Great for new families or families with siblings seeking a bit extra attention. This includes a 30-minute postpartum, lifestyle photo session to capture those special moments worth remembering.

The Mama Menu

As someone whose love language is acts of service, I enjoy cooking with intention and love that you can taste. I’ve personally hand-crafted this menu to offer my most praised meals for families to enjoy in the postpartum period. Meal-prepped or made fresh custom for the families I support.

This menu is fully vegan / plant-based for optimal nutrition but can be made to accommodate substitutions.
